We aim to dispatch all orders the same working day where possible, using Royal Mail with the service selected at checkout. Orders placed after our daily cut-off, on weekends or bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day.

🔁 Returns
Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items
Items that are cut to order, personalised, or memorial jewellery components (including ashes or fur charms) are non-returnable once processing has begun.

❗ Faulty or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can help resolve the issue.
