Order Process

1. Place your order through our website.

2. Send your customer’s ashes or fur to us, including your order number.

   • Ashes: Around ½ teaspoon

   • Fur: A small sample (we return anything unused)

3. We handcraft the charm and return it to you within 2 weeks.

4. UK orders only due to shipping restrictions.

Resin Charm Info & Aftercare

Our memorial charms are made using high-quality jewellery resin. While resin is durable, it does not have the same long-term lifespan as metal or glass alternatives.

Longevity

• Resin charms typically last 1–3 years with proper care.

• Our charms offer a budget-friendly alternative to blown glass memorial pieces, reflected in their price and expected lifespan.

How to care for resin jewellery

To maintain clarity, colour, and shine:

• Avoid prolonged water exposure (baths, hot tubs, swimming pools).

• Keep away from heat, chemicals, lotions, perfumes, and fake tan.

• Avoid heavy friction or rubbing against other jewellery.

• If your customer regularly swims, bathes for long periods, or uses hot tubs, we recommend attaching the charm via a clasp (so it can be removed when needed).

Natural aging

Over time, slight surface wear, micro-scratches, or minor fading may occur - this is normal for resin-based keepsakes and part of its natural lifespan.
