Private In-Person Mentoring for Permanent Jewellery Artists
This specialist training teaches permanent jewellery artists how to create memorial charms using UV resin direct pour, suitable for incorporating ashes or fur into small-scale jewellery pieces.
Delivered in person at our Liverpool-based studio as a private 1:1 mentoring session, this training focuses on precision, ethics, and confidence - not shortcuts or mass production. Due to the sensitive nature of memorial work, sessions are intentionally kept small to allow close supervision and individual guidance.
This training is designed as an add-on skill for artists who already work with permanent jewellery and want to responsibly expand their service offering.
What This Training Covers
During this 4-hour session, you will learn:
• Ethical handling of ashes and fur
• Informed client consent and boundaries
• UV resin direct pour techniques for small (4–6mm) charms
• Layering, curing, and finishing for clarity and durability
• Avoiding common issues such as bubbles, cloudiness, and soft cures
• Quality control standards for client-ready work
• Integrating memorial charms into permanent jewellery safely
• Pricing guidance (£60–£80 per charm)
• Aftercare advice and client communication
You’ll also complete guided, hands-on practice during the session, with real-time feedback and correction.
