Processing Times

We aim to dispatch all orders the same working day where possible, provided the order is placed before our daily cut-off time and stock is available. Orders placed after the cut-off, on weekends, or on UK public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Please note that dispatch times may vary during busy periods, promotions, or product launches.

Shipping Services

All orders are shipped using Royal Mail. Available shipping options and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout and may include:

  • Royal Mail First Class or Second Class (where applicable)

Shipping Costs

Delivery Responsibility

Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery lies with Royal Mail. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier, adverse weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that delivery details provided at checkout are accurate and complete. We cannot accept responsibility for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Items

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us so we can assist with tracking your parcel. Claims for lost items will be handled in accordance with Royal Mail’s policies and timescales.

International Shipping

At this time, we primarily ship within the United Kingdom. Any international shipping options, where available, will be clearly displayed at checkout.
